Shipping Policy

All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, except for bank holidays where they will be shipped the next working day.

If everything is in stock we aim to dispatch orders by the next working day. During particularly busy times this is not always possible but we will do our best! If we are out of stock of an item we normally hold the order until we can despatch it complete.

If an item on your order is out of stock and we are unable to despatch your complete order within 2 working days you will be informed quickly by phone or email and given the option of either waiting until the item arrives, making a substitution or deleting the item from the order.

Overseas

Unfortunately, we don't currently send orders outside United Kingdom.
